Where do you obtain the Partner Service Key while setting up Oracle Interconnect for Azure?

The Partner Service Key is provided by Microsoft when configuring the Azure ExpressRoute circuit, which is then used in OCI to link the FastConnect virtual circuit to the interconnect.
