PE-2 should import the OSPF route from the global routing table into the CUSTOMER-ABC VRF. This allows the VRF to have internet reachability.

The configuration should include an import route-target statement under the VRF configuration on PE-2. The route target should match the one used by CE-1 to advertise the default route (0.0.0.0/0) to PE-1.
