Subnet 10.13.129.0/24 is associated with VLAN 12, so VLAN 12 must be selected as the SPAN source. Selecting the VLAN captures traffic for only the affected broadcast domain and therefore satisfies the requirement to minimize the monitoring load. Because traffic can enter the UCS domain through either fabric, a monitoring session is required on both fabric interconnects. A UCS traffic-monitoring destination must be an available physical Ethernet port configured for monitoring; an active uplink, unified uplink, or service-profile vNIC is not an appropriate destination. Option A monitors the wrong broadcast domain and reverses the expected port purpose. Option C monitors a physical interface rather than the affected VLAN and improperly uses a unified uplink as the destination. Option D monitors only fabric A and incorrectly identifies a service-profile vNIC as the monitoring destination.
