A Cisco Unity Connection administrator configures LDAP integration and performs a full LDAP sync.

From Users, select Users, select New Users, and then click Import from LDAP.

From Users, select Import Users, set Find End Users In to LDAP Directory, and the click Find.

From LDAP. select LDAP Directory Configuration, and then click Perform Full Sync Now.

From Users, select Synch Users, set Find Imported Users in to LDAP Directory, and then dick Find.
