What should be done from the BAW Case Client if a user cannot reassiqn work...

Go to the All Assigned Work in-basket and select the 'Role members can reassign work to others option".

Go to Roles tab and select the 'Role members can reassign work to others' option.

Go to Manage Roles and add the user to a role that has permission to reassign work.

Go to the All Assigned Work in-basket and check the option Reassign work.
