Thread the pipe into the pipe flange and carefully cut the ceiling tile into two pieces. Then reinstall the pieces of ceiling tile into the ceiling grid leaving enough space for the pipe to protrude.

Reinstall the ceiling tile and use a plumb bob to locate the spot on the ceiling tile directly below the center point of the pipe flange.

Using the proper hardware, install the load bar to the cross members of the adjustable ceiling mount.

Thread the pipe into the pipe flange and gently push the ceiling tile over the pipe, so that the pipe protrudes through the ceiling tile.
