A client is reporting picture drop-outs in an HDBaseT installation.

HDBaseT requires high-quality Category 6 (or better) cables for stable transmission over longer distances. Using incorrect or lower-quality cables (such as Cat5e or poor shielded variants) can result in dropouts, pixelation, or signal failure.
