Activation attributes are exposed according to valid relationship paths from the activation context. Salesforce states that a related attribute can be selected only when a path exists from the activated object and the relationships along that path meet the supported cardinality requirements. Current Data 360 limits also constrain related attributes to a limited number of DMOs within a supported path. Consequently, attributes that sit on a different or otherwise unsupported relationship path can be absent from the selectable related-attribute set, making A the intended answer. Attribute reuse in another activation does not make the field unavailable. Activations are not limited to only 1-to-1 attributes; supported N:1 relationships can also be used. Whether the segment is based on profile data does not by itself explain why a known related field is missing.
