Universal Containers (UC) is integrating Salesforce with an external data warehouse.

View All Fields is an object-level permission designed specifically for users who require access to every field on a particular object. Salesforce states that this permission grants access to all existing fields and field data for the specified object and, importantly, automatically grants access to newly created fields in the future. This directly satisfies the integration requirement without administrators continually updating field-level security. View All Records controls record visibility but does not independently override field-level security. View All Data provides much broader organization-wide access than necessary and violates least-privilege design. A permission set group merely aggregates permission sets and would not automatically provide access to future Account fields unless the appropriate field permission were included. Therefore, View All Fields on Account is the precise solution. Salesforce
