Within PMI-CPMAI, one of the key strategic levers for AI projects is reusing existing AI assets, including pretrained models, to accelerate delivery and reduce initial development complexity. Potential challenges such as compatibility or scalability must be managed, but they are not the key, primary effect identified by PMI.
