When changes to the project scope are identified, it’s important for the project manager to review these changes with the project stakeholders. This allows for a collective understanding of the impact of the scope reduction on the project’s objectives, deliverables, and schedule. It also ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and in agreement with the proposed changes.
