Which are characteristics of stakeholders?

Stakeholders in PRINCE2® are typically characterized by being affected by the project (either through impact or interest) and frequently interacting with the project, contributing inputs or being consulted for various aspects. This recognizes stakeholders as both internal and external to the organization, and not all stakeholders necessarily agree with every project objective.
