Activating a cloned asset-management flow is not enough to make Revenue Management invoke it. The platform must also be configured to use that custom flow as the designatedManaging Assets flow in Revenue Settings.

The Manage Asset Viewer invokes the flow specified by the Revenue Management asset-lifecycle configuration. If Revenue Settings still reference the standard flow, the standard Amend, Renew, or Cancel behavior continues even though the cloned flow exists and is active. Updating the configured flow reference redirects the managed asset actions to the customized process.

Option A confuses component placement/configuration with lifecycle process selection. The Managed Asset Viewer component provides the user interface, but the underlying flow invoked for asset management is controlled through the relevant Revenue Settings. Option C is unrelated because Product Discovery Settings governs catalog browsing and product-discovery behavior, not asset amendments, renewals, or cancellations.

This is a common extension pattern: clone the Salesforce-provided flow, make the supported modifications, activate the clone, and then explicitly configure Revenue Management to use the customized version.
