When managing licenses manually, what is the first step to start the licensing workflow?

The manual licensing workflow begins by downloading a cluster summary file from the Licensing area in Prism Central Admin Center. The cluster summary file contains the deployment and consumption information that Nutanix License Manager requires to identify the relevant clusters and determine which entitlements can be allocated.

After downloading the cluster summary file, the administrator uploads it to Nutanix License Manager in the Support Portal, selects or allocates the appropriate licenses and generates a license summary file. That license summary file is subsequently downloaded from the portal and uploaded back into Prism Central. Therefore, the cluster summary file is the workflow’s initial outbound file, while the license summary file is the resulting inbound file.

Option D reverses this sequence: Prism Central does not generate the license summary file at the start. Option A confuses the file type and management interface. Prism Element may appear in certain legacy-license procedures, but the question specifically addresses Prism Central Admin Center licensing.
